CuidarT-Bien UN

CuidarT-Bien UN is a mobile application (app) downloadable on smartphones designed by the Health and Care Research Group of the Collectives of the Faculty of Nursing of the National University of Colombia, for people with pulmonary tuberculosis who are starting treatment in the city ​​of Bogota.

The objective of the CuidarT-Bien UN application is to strengthen knowledge, attitudes and practices about tuberculosis and increase adherence to medications, so that people affected by this disease successfully complete their treatment.

The National University of Colombia, in coordination with the Bogotá Tuberculosis Control Program, will support and accompany day by day through this application throughout the treatment to achieve the end of Tuberculosis together, for as long as the project takes.

This app was developed by the Group of Investigation Health and Care of the Collectives through the project “Mobile application for the strengthening of the adherence to the treatment of tuberculosis in the city of Bogotá”, Hermes Code 46560 financed by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation through the "Call for the strengthening of CTeI research projects in medical and health sciences with young talent and regional impact."
